The reality is that most people learn Business Analysis in a fragmented way: a certification here, a short course there, templates and quick content mainly focused on writing requirements or passing interviews. But when real work starts, the picture is incomplete. The real problem appears clearly: poor problem understanding, high ambiguity, weak stakeholder communication, and ineffective decision-making.
Despite the importance of certifications, they are not an end goal. Personally, I have never treated certifications as a primary objective. A certificate may help you reach an interview, but real analytical thinking, practical experience, and execution skills are what allow you to succeed and grow on the job.
